Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days from the purchase date in original, unused condition, unwashed and unaltered for a full refund (shipping charges excluded). Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, Minilogie cannot accept returns for items on SALE. 

All returns are to be authorized by Minilogie. Please send a return/exchange request to contact@minilogie.com stating the following information:

  • Customer Name: (the person who purchased the order)

  • Order Number:

  • Order Date:

  • Item being Returned:

  • Reason for Return:

Once this information is received, you will be sent a return authorization number and a return shipping address to Canada. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

All articles that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time in one single shipment. Pack and securely seal the merchandise, in the original package if possible.

When your returned item is received and that we have verified that the item is in its original, unused condition, your credit card will be issued a refund. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the refund. Please be advised it may take a few weeks for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. 

Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Minilogie has the right to deny credits if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements.

Minilogie will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

As long as you email us by 1 p.m. EST the day in which you place the order, we can change or cancel your order. This is because some items can be processed and shipped the same day Monday through Friday. Simply email us at contact@minilogie.com with your request or cancellation and we’ll respond promptly via email.
