Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, you may ship it back to our warehouse. While we take care to ensure that your product arrives in perfect condition, please understand that some natural variances in color or pattern placement are normal.

RETURNS

Our products are intended to babies, hence the importance to ensure that all products must be returned unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition. We gladly accept unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Sale items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

REFUNDS

If an item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or used, we reserve the right to not offer a full refund for any loss in value. Shipping charges are never included in a refund, so we will refund the value of your returned items only. Refunds can only be credited to your original form of payment. 

You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the refund. Please be advised it may take a few weeks for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. 

EXCHANGES

Customers are responsible for the shipping fees on the exchanged item and any difference in pricing will be charged. Your exchange will be processed electronically once your original item has arrived at our warehouse.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As long as you email us by 1 p.m. EST the day in which you place the order, we can change or cancel your order. This is because some items can be processed and shipped the same day Monday through Friday. Simply email us at contact@minilogie.com with your request or cancellation and we’ll respond promptly via email.
